Special Orders

Some of our products can be ordered with specific colours and arrangements that you have asked for or designed and that are not in our standard range. We call these bespoke items.

If you order a bespoke item, because it's being made especially for you, delivery times are normally a lot longer and you should allow at least four weeks.

If you are ordering an additional service for example embroidery, your item has to be sent away for the additional work to be carried out and you should allow at least another fourteen days for delivery (UK).
