Order Timescales

Please refer to the product information tabs for Current Delivery Times, it is important that you read this information prior to placing your order.

The majority of our items are made to order, and due to the exacting standards we place on ensuring that your item is beautifully made and presented, timescales may vary.

For example, chains in our dog collars are all hand made, with each stone individually set and finished, much like a precious stone mount, each clasp is pulled around the stone by a person, not a machine.

Only one person will ever work on one piece, and in the case of bridles there are many stages to completion that require time in between to set, dry and finish. We work far differently to mass production and our bridles take approximately 60% longer than any that are produced on a production line because of this.

We offer a vast nuimber of colour and stone options, effectively what you will receive is something almost unique and even our standard product ranges are virtually bespoke. All are made with much love and care.

In Stock Delivery

If your order is in stock we will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 - 3 business days . International orders are generally received between 7-14 days. Please allow additional time over Christmas and National holidays.

Orders containing embroidered items can take up to 21 days from order to delivery, this is because we use an external company to do these for us.

** If your item is urgent, we would advise that for UK you choose Special Delivery and for International orders you contact us on 0845 602 9520 or email us at admin@pinkequine.com and we will advise the most expedient method.
Out of Stock Item

If you order an item in most cases we will have stock held, however there are occasions where we may subsequently find that an item you would like is out of stock.

In these circumstances, we will email you and advise you of this, together with potential alternatives.

You can of course cancel your order, or alternatively amend it for an item that is in stock.

If you choose to wait for your item we will keep you informed about when we are expecting it.
