We are required by Royal mail to allow 20 working days (3 weeks) for UK orders and 25 working days (5 weeks) before they will accept an item lost.
You will need to email us for a LOST ITEM DECLARATION and once completed we will action your claim.
N.B If you have Specifically left delivery instructions for royal mail to leave an item somewhere if you are unable to receive the parcel, you would be wholly liable for safe delivery of the item so you would not be able to make a claim.

Under our 30 - day returns guarantee policy, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original UNUSED condition within 30 days of the date you received it.
Also we would like to make you aware that under new laws, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days, from the date the goods are delivered . If you are returning an item to us, please make sure it is unused and if possible in the same packaging that it arrived in. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items, unless the item is damaged or defective
To ensure safe delivery of an item and for your protection, we recommend that you return the item by recorded delivery.
Please also note that if you have requested an additional service like embroidery, once the order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel this part of the contract and you may end up paying for this part, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Once we have received the returned order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, including the item's normal postage charge. We are unable to refund any express delivery or courier part of the postage charge.
IMPORTANT - For international returns outside of the EU, you must clearly state your parcel is a returned item, otherwise you will have to pay for Administration costs and any customs charges that we may incurr. Typically this is £8 per package, but it can be more, depending on the carrier you have used to return the item.
|Returns - If the item was damaged on arrival|
If you receive goods from us and the package and contents have been damaged in transit, you have the right to return this for a replacement. You must let us know immediately upon receipt of the damaged item as we may need to make a claim against the shipper for the damage.
Please also make sure if possible, the item is returned in the same packaging that it arrived in

If an item is faulty or defective, you have the right to return it within a reasonable period of time.

Normal wear and tear throughout use will not be considered defective.

The different sizes and measurements are laid out clearly on our website. However we do understand that sometimes an item or part of an item will not fit. In this instance we are happy for you to return the part and we will exchange if for the correct size.
Please note that you are responsible for costs of returning the item to us and for us sending out a replacement size
Any items returned for a replacement must be new and unused.
