Delivery Options
There are three main delivery types
1. Not Tracked - First Clas/Airmail
2. Tracked - Special Delivery/Airsure
3. Parcel - Large/Heavy items Courier
Not Tracked
This service s either first class post, if we are sending an item in the UK, or airmail if we are shipping an item overseas. As this is not a tracked service we are unable to tell you where your package will be, if it takes a little longer to arrive.
We cannot declare a parcel lost until 20 working days from the date of posting. As such no replacement items can be sent until the original can be declared lost.
Tracked
Tracked services such as UK Special Delivery, guarantee that your item will arrive within 24 hours of posting. We ask you allow us an additional day to prepare your order, so any items sent with this service should reach you within 48 hours.
If your item is lost with this service, we can send a replacement out immediately.
Generally (unless your item is large or heavy) we will send out tracked international items via Airsure this service is not available in all countries, but we can offer this for all European, USA or Australian deliveries.
If your item is lost with this service, there is still a 20 working day period before we can make a claim, however we can ask the post office to trace the item through the unique tracking reference and hopefully locate any item that has gone astray much sooner.
Parcel Delivery
All Large items such as rugs or multiples that exceed 4kg UK and 2kg international, have to be sent via Parcel Courier. All Parcel Deliveries are trackable via the unique tracking reference given to each parcel.
Most Deliveries UK are made within 48 - 72 hours, Internationally this does vary depending on locations.
Couriers we use vary, as we always look for the best available rates. Generally the rates quoted on the site are correct, however for International orders we will confirm any Parcel Delivery rate prior to accepting an order or taking payment. |
