Pricing

All our prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the appropriate rate. The price is also shown in US Dollars or in your own countries currency if you have clicked on your countries flag on the home page. All currencies apart from the GBP are subject to currency fluctuations and you are advised to check with your credit card provider for the actual conversion rate

We reserve the right to amend or remove any prices that are currently available online or via our brochure, however any item placed in your shopping cart will reflect the actual price shown for that item in the current online product catalogue.

Pricing for Members may reflect discounts that are not available to customers who are not registered.

No retrospective discounts for customers who sign up after purchasing, will be offered, so its important to register before making a purchase if you wish to take advantage of savings.

When we charge your card

Your credit or charge card will not be debited until your order is ready for dispatch. Please see Payment Options for more details on how to pay.

The only exception to this will be for Embroidery or other bespoke Orders, that will be charged once the order has been placed. This is because once the item has ben customized it cannot be un-done.

Incorrect Pricing

As part of our ongoing quality control, our prices are checked on a regular basis and finally before dispatch of your order.

In the unlikely event of a mispriced product please note the following:-

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item.

If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
