Bespoke Products

All Pink Equine products are FULLY BESPOKE, which means that they are made exclusively for you and to your specifications, this also applies to William Leistner Brushes and Mattes Saddle pads. They are non cancellable once ordered.

Tyically they take between 12 - 16 weeks to make, so if you are ordering for a special occasion, please allow enough time. We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order via the My Account section of the website.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments via Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

All items on this site are BESPOKE made to order and are subject to delivery timescales, these timescales are clearly marked in RED *** in the shopping cart. Please do not purchase if you do not accept these timescales as once ordered BESPOKE items cannot be cancelled. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Purchasing an item does not constitute an agreement to supply, should an item be genuinely incorrectly priced, Pink Equine reserve the right to cancel a sale and refund the purchaser in full. Where such a situation occurrs, the purchaser will be refunded in full within 24 working day hours.

Shipping And Handling

UK Shipping is included in the price of the product, International Shipping Varies, however due to the BESPOKE nature of the products, all orders will be sent via Courier and priced as such.

We will normally send your order to you in 8-12 weeks. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. All bespoke items are special ordered for you alone and are exempt from EU distance selling regulations.

Tax Charges

Pink Equine does not currently charge VAT

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and processed via Sage Pay. They are never decrypted and we do not have access to the details. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


All products come with a one year guarantee. In the case of a faulty item, we will repair the item free of charge, or if this is not possible we will replace the item. No refunds will be offered in the case of faulty items.

Please note: Damage caused by incorrect use of the product - for example - tying a horse to a fixed point by clipping a leadrope to a bit ring on a bridle - should the bridle break, it would not be covered as this is something that should never be done. If in doubt please contact us and we will be pleased to provide clarification.

Returns Policy

Bespoke items are non returnable as they are made to your specifications, you will be notified prior to checkout if this applies as all bespoke items are starred red and delivery times highlighted in the shopping cart. if you are unsure of your requirements, please contact us prior to ordering. You should also ensure that you have chosen the correct size - for this we have developed a comprehensive SIZING GUIDE (shown on our Information menu tab), to help with that process.

Lost Items

If you are expecting a delivery and the courier does not deliver within the stated time, you are required to inform us immediately in order that we can take steps to trace your item. N.B If you have Specifically left delivery instructions for the courier to leave an item in an unsecure location if you are unable to receive the parcel, you would be wholly liable for safe delivery of the item so you would not be able to make a claim.

Remittance Terms

All goods are to be paid for at the time of purchase. Credit terms will only be applied by prior agreement with the directors of Pink Equine. Bespoke Special Order items are non refundable as these items are made specifically to order for you.

Colour Variations

Whilst we do make every attemt to ensure accurate representations of colour, some variation is inevitable due to differences in your own PC Screen/tablet/mobiile settings. Pink Equine cannot be held responsible for this and ask that you either contact us prior to ordering if you are concerned on 01386 833050 and we will do all possible to assist.
