Shipping And Handling

UK Shipping is included in the price of the product, International Shipping Varies, however due to the BESPOKE nature of the products, all orders will be sent via tracked delivery and priced as such.

We will normally send your order to you in 8 - 12 weeks. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. All bespoke items are special ordered for you alone and are exempt from EU distance selling regulations.


All products come with a one year guarantee. In the case of a faulty item, we will repair the item free of charge, or if this is not possible we will replace the item. No refunds will be offered in the case of faulty items.

Please note: Damage caused by incorrect use of the product - for example - tying a horse to a fixed point by clipping a leadrope to a bit ring on a bridle - should the bridle break, it would not be covered as this is something that should never be done. If in doubt please contact us and we will be pleased to provide clarification.


Bespoke items are non returnable as they are made to your specifications, if you are unsure of your requirements, please contact us prior to ordering. You should also ensure that you have chosen the correct size - for this we have developed a comprehensive SIZING GUIDE (shown on our Information menu tab), to help with that process.
