  • Consultation & form submissions: information you provide via girth consultations, prize draws, contact forms and surveys (including optional images and measurements).
  • Marketing preferences: your choices for email and SMS communications.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, time zone, and cookie identifiers used for site functionality, security and analytics.
  • User-submitted images: if you send photos (e.g., consultations, testimonials, competition entries), you grant Pink Equine a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them on our website and social channels. You may withdraw this at any time—see Your Rights.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information only when necessary for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Contract: to process and deliver your orders or consultations, provide customer support, and manage your account.
  • Consent: to send you marketing emails/SMS and to enter you into prize draws. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve our products, website experience, and customer service, and to prevent fraud/abuse.
  • Legal obligation: to maintain accounting records and comply with lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.

3. Marketing Communications (Email & Whatsapp)

  • Email: Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
  • If you opt in to WhatsApp marketing, we will use your mobile number to send updates, offers and product information via WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe from WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP. WhatsApp conversations are end-to-end encrypted. We may store consultation information and images securely for customer service purposes. We do not share your WhatsApp data with third parties, other than WhatsApp (Meta) as the platform provider. Whatsapp consent is not a condition of purchase

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate essential site functions (e.g., cart, checkout, login), measure performance (e.g., Google Analytics), and personalise marketing (e.g., Klaviyo).
