Bespoke Products
The majority of Pink Equine orders are bespoke which means that they are made/ordered exclusively for you and to your specifications. They are therefore non-cancellable once ordered. Pink Equine does allow a grace period on ALL Bespoke orders of 48 Hours, where changes can be made to any order. It is therefore important to contact us at the earliest opportunity if you have made a mistake with your order. Because of their bespoke nature, some orders may take up to 12 weeks to deliver, so if you are ordering for a special occasion, please allow enough time. We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order by clicking on the “My Account” link located in the footer section of our website.Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, design your item and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payments, Google pay, Apple pay, or Paypal. You can also spread larger transactions over several months with Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else with a different currency, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own countries currency. Items on this site that are BESPOKE made-to-order, are subject to delivery timescales, these timescales are clearly marked on each product page. Please do not purchase if you do not accept these timescales as once ordered BESPOKE items cannot be cancelled. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Purchasing an item does not constitute an agreement to supply, should an item be genuinely incorrectly priced, Pink Equine reserve the right to cancel a sale and refund the purchaser in full. Where such a situation occurs, the purchaser will be refunded in full within 24 working day hours. When you purchase an item you agree to our terms of service.Shipping and Handling
Shipping Charges are detailed when you Checkout with your order, most products are sent via tracked delivery though this may only require a signature and not necessarily provide full tracking progress. If you have purchased more than one item in your order and that order includes non-bespoke items, your entire order will be combined and held back until your bespoke products arrive from the manufacturer, therefore the shipping price you will see will be for the combined order. Should you require order items to be shipped sooner, you can contact us and ask us for a quote for split shipping, which will be fulfilled upon payment of any additional shipping costs. Failed Deliveries incur additional shipping charges. Where shipping has failed and items have been returned to us, we will re-ship via the cheapest mail (untracked only) on one occasion, the buyer will be given the option to upgrade the shipment to fully tracked. Should the delivery fail again and the shipment is returned for a second time, the buyer will be responsible for the entire amount of re-shipment costs.Tax Charges
Pink Equine do not currently charge VATImport Duties
Your order may be subject to additional Import Duties in your country, these would be wholly your responsibility for payment.Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption and processed via WooCommerce Payments. They are never decrypted and we do not have access to the details. They are not held in clear text on any website.Warranty/Faults
All products come with a one-year guarantee. In the case of a faulty item, we will repair the item free of charge, or if this is not possible we will replace the item. No refunds will be offered in the case of faulty items. Please note: Damage caused by incorrect use of the product – for example – tying a horse to a fixed point by clipping a leadrope to a bit ring on a bridle – should the bridle break, it would not be covered as this is something that should never be done. If in doubt please contact us and we will be pleased to provide clarification. All Warranty Claims are subject to sending clear images of the fault, should we require the item returned postage to send the item back would be your responsibility, however we will cover the return cost of the item and any repairs/replacements during those 12 months would be at the cost of Pink Equine. Pink Equine may elect to send a replacement without requiring the return of the original item, this is entirely at our discretion.Returns Policy
Bespoke items are non-cancellable once ordered after the initial 48 hours have passed as after this time it will have been passed to the manufacturer for production. For this reason, it is vital that you ensure that you have chosen the correct size – for this, we have developed a comprehensive list of Measurements that are detailed on the product page and additionally on a separate Measurements page HERE.Exchanges
Where you are requesting an exchange, the following exclusions apply:-
Girths
1 – Where you have not taken the correct length measurements, please refer to the size guide on each page.
2 – Where you have chosen to take advice on the style of girth from a 3rd Party and that advice was incorrect.
3 – Any Colour Change

We will always exchange an item where we (Pink Equine) have provided advice and that advice has not solved your issue, for example girths, or if an item is of unsatisfactory quality, or if we make any mistake in regards the ordering of your item.
