Bespoke (Made-to-Order) Products

Most Pink Equine products are bespoke, meaning they are custom made and ordered exclusively to your chosen specification. Because of this, bespoke items are non-cancellable once submitted for production.

We allow a 48-hour grace period on all bespoke orders, during which amendments can be made. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help before production begins.

As bespoke items are produced to specification, delivery times vary, please check the product page for estimates. If you are ordering for a special occasion, please ensure sufficient time is allowed. Further guidance is available in our Buyer’s Guide.

Pink Equine cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, transport disruption, customs delays, or extreme weather conditions.

You can view updates on your order progress at any time via the My Account area of the website.

Making a Purchase

Purchasing from Pink Equine is straightforward. Browse the store, design your item where applicable, and add products to your shopping cart. When ready, proceed to checkout.

You may checkout as a guest or create a free account. Creating an account allows you to track your order progress and view order history.

We accept payment by credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Eligible customers may also be offered the option to spread the cost using PayPal instalments, subject to availability at checkout.

For customers shopping outside the United Kingdom, prices are normally displayed in your local currency. You may also manually select a different currency if preferred.

Where an item is made to order, the estimated delivery timescale is shown clearly on the product page. Please ensure you are comfortable with the stated timescale before purchasing. If you notice an error in your order and cannot correct it in the cart, contact us promptly and we will assist.

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance to supply where a genuine pricing error has occurred. In such cases, Pink Equine reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 48 working hours.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Most orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services, although some services may require a signature and may not show detailed tracking updates throughout transit.

If an order contains both bespoke and in-stock items, items may be dispatched together so the order arrives as a single shipment. If you require items to be dispatched separately, please contact us to request a split-shipping quote.

Where a delivery fails due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply. If an order is returned to us following a failed delivery, we will re-ship once using the most economical service available. You may choose to upgrade to a fully tracked service. If a delivery fails again and is returned a second time, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

Tax Charges

Pink Equine is VAT registered in the United Kingdom under VAT number GB 456 7668 40. For international customers, UK VAT is removed automatically where applicable.

Import Duties

For international orders outside the United Kingdom, prices shown at checkout exclude UK VAT.

For customers in the United States, prices shown at checkout include all applicable import duties and taxes. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning there are no additional fees to pay before delivery.

For customers in all other countries, orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Security

All card payments are encrypted and processed securely via WooCommerce Payments. Pink Equine does not have access to your full card details and payment information is never stored in clear text.

Warranty and Faults

All Pink Equine branded horse tack includes a two-year warranty, including a lifetime stitch guarantee. Other brands include a one-year warranty.

If an item is found to be faulty, we will repair it free of charge or replace it where repair is not possible.

Damage caused by incorrect use or failure to follow manufacturer care instructions is not covered under warranty. If you are unsure, please contact us before use.

Warranty claims require clear photographic evidence of the fault. If an item must be returned, the customer is responsible for return postage. Pink Equine will cover the cost of returning repaired or replacement items.

In some cases, a replacement may be sent without requiring the original item to be returned. This is at our discretion.

Returns

Custom items are non-cancellable once the initial 48-hour grace period has passed, as the order will have been submitted for production.

Correct sizing should be confirmed before ordering. Measurements are provided on product pages and within our Measurements guides.

In-stock items may be returned for a refund within 14 days, provided they are unused and returned in original condition.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are considered on a case-by-case basis,provided they are unused and returned in original condition. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee for items that can no longer be sold as new.

We do not offer exchanges solely to change colour or design choices, including girths, saddle pads, or Pink Equine products other than stone changes.

We will always work to resolve issues where incorrect advice has been provided, an item is of unsatisfactory quality, or an error has occurred when processing your order.

Lost Items

If a delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you must notify us within seven days of the estimated delivery date.

Requests for parcels to be left in unsecured locations are made at the customer’s risk.

Communications

If you provide a mobile number, we may contact you via WhatsApp for customer service purposes. Where consent has been given, WhatsApp may also be used for marketing. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Colour Variations

We make every effort to represent colours accurately. Some variation is inevitable due to differences in screen settings.

Intellectual Property

All Pink Equine branding, product names, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Pink Equine. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

Third Party Content

Opinions expressed in third party content do not represent the views of Pink Equine.

Prize Draws

Prize draws are open to individuals aged 18 or over unless stated otherwise. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entries must be submitted during the stated entry period. Automated or third-party entries are not permitted.

Winners are selected at random and notified by email or SMS. If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, a re-draw may take place.

Pink Equine may amend or cancel promotions where necessary. Prize draws are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
