Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping, including the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Pink Equine offers worldwide shipping to the majority of countries. When checking out, if you do not find a shipping service to your particular country, please don't hesitate to contact customer services.

For customers in the United Kingdom, we normally send smaller items by Royal Mail and larger items by Parcel Force or other couriers, depending on the size and weight of the item.

For International customers, we use Royal Mail International for smaller Items and International couriers for larger items. Items are normally tracked and you will receive confirmation from us that your item has been shipped as well as confirmation from the shipping company with your tracking details. Delivery can take between 2 and 7 days depending on the country. If your item is not received please contact us as soon as possible.

For International customers who order multiple items, there is an option when checking out to pay for shipping before your order is dispatched. Checking this option means you will not be charged any shipping cost with your order, instead we will combine items and find the most cost-effective method of shipping, once your order has been packed. We will send you a separate invoice for the agreed shipping costs.

If a clear pricing error takes place (meaning the consumer should within the limits of consumer rights understand the error), the seller reserves the right to cancel an order and not sell items with faulty prices.
