      Returns & exchanges

      Every order is checked by our team before it goes into production. If anything isn’t right when it arrives (faulty or incorrect), we’ll work with you to put it right.

      In-stock items: may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in original condition.

      Custom / made-to-order items: once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled. Where appropriate, these items are handled on an exchange basis. If you’re unsure about sizing or options, we strongly recommend using our consultation service before ordering.

      The Fleck Personalised Horse Whip features the original Fleck grip with a woven nylon cover and a dedicated space for your name. This makes it easy to identify your whip when sharing a tack room or travelling to competitions.

      Available in a wide range of colours and six different lengths from 110cm to 160cm, in 10cm increments, the personalised horse whip allows riders to choose a combination that suits both personal preference and discipline.

      Please note: The maximum permitted length for a dressage whip in FEI-regulated competition is 120cm (48″), including the lash.
