Have your equestrian logo digitized to that it can be embroidered onto any equestrian clothing or horse tack.
Normally a service reserved for our Mattes customers, now available to anyone who needs their logo digitized into a standard format that can be read by any embroidery machine. This is a one off service, because once the logo has been transferred into the correct format, it can be used repeatedly on a wide range of clothing and horse tack.

For customers in the USA, prices shown at checkout are final. Any applicable taxes or duties are handled at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

Estimated delivery timescale
Custom / made-to-order: this item is produced to your chosen specification. Estimated production time depends on the brand: Mattes approx. 4 weeks, Fleck approx. 4 weeks, and Pink Equine approx. 8 weeks.
These are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to shipping/customs delays. If you’re ordering for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll advise.
Returns & exchanges
Every order is checked by our team before it goes into production. If anything isn’t right when it arrives (faulty or incorrect), we’ll work with you to put it right.
In-stock items: may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in original condition.
Custom / made-to-order items: once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled. Where appropriate, these items are handled on an exchange basis. If you’re unsure about sizing or options, we strongly recommend using our consultation service before ordering.

Equestrian Embroidery Digitization service.
Originally a service only offered to our Mattes customers, but due to popular request have decided to offer the facility to anyone who requires equestrian embroidery.
If you want your brand or logo embroidered on any clothing or horse tack, it will need to be digitized into an acceptable format that can be read by the embroidery machine. Once your logo has been digitized it can be used an unlimited number of times for any purpose.
Our service consists of an Initial Consultation, minor changes to an existing logo, Embroidery Digitization of the logo and an emailed Sample of Stitched Embroidery for your approval. The cost is per individual logo.
For Mattes customers the size of logo differs between Ear bonnets/saddle pads and Cooler Rugs. If you require both size of logo to be digitized you will need to order both.
