Emerald is a beautiful colour and a shade of green which epitomises balance and harmony. Strongly associated with Nature and environment, naturally occurring emerald gems have been exalted for their alleged healing powers.

The colour was founded in the early 1800’s and feature prominently in famous paintings, such as those by Vincent Van Gogh.
