      These are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to shipping/customs delays. If you’re ordering for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll advise.

      Returns & exchanges

      Every order is checked by our team before it goes into production. If anything isn’t right when it arrives (faulty or incorrect), we’ll work with you to put it right.

      In-stock items: may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in original condition.

      Custom / made-to-order items: once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled. Where appropriate, these items are handled on an exchange basis. If you’re unsure about sizing or options, we strongly recommend using our consultation service before ordering.

      If you require saddle pad embroidery on your Mattes saddle pad in the form of a logo, you can order it here. Embroidery is charged per side, so if you require both sides add 2x logos per product.

      Once you have ordered, we will contact you for a copy of the logo, in a digitized format, so that we can upload the details when we order the Mattes saddle pad. If your logo has not been digitized, we can also offer a digitization service. (Your logo will only need to be digitized once and can then be used for any embroidery on any product.)
