Bespoke Products
The majority of Pink Equine orders are bespoke which means that they are custom made and ordered exclusively for you and to your specifications. They are therefore non-cancellable once ordered.
Pink Equine does allow a grace period on ALL Bespoke orders of 48 Hours, where changes can be made to any order. It is therefore important to contact us at the earliest opportunity if you have made a mistake with your order.
Because of their bespoke nature, some orders may take up to 6 weeks to deliver, so if you are ordering for a special occasion, please allow enough time. For more information please refer to our buyers guide.
Pink Equine shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, transport delays, customs clearance issues, or extreme weather.
We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order by clicking on the “My Account” link located in the footer section of our website.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, design your item and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Note that you can checkout as a guest or create a free account. The benefit of creating an account is that you are able to track the process of your order in real time.
We accept credit card payments, Google pay, Apple pay, or Paypal. You can also spread larger transactions over several months with Paypal. If you are shopping from a country other than the UK, our website will automatically change the currency to that of the country you reside in. (If it doesn’t change automatically, you are still able to manually change the currency to one that suits you).
Items on this site that are Custom made-to-order, are subject to delivery timescales, these timescales are clearly marked on each product page. Please do not purchase if you do not accept these timescales as once ordered custom items cannot be cancelled. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Purchasing an item does not constitute an agreement to supply, should an item be genuinely incorrectly priced, Pink Equine reserve the right to cancel a sale and refund the purchaser in full. Where such a situation occurs, the purchaser will be refunded in full within 48 working hours.
When you purchase an item you automatically agree to our terms of service. Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Charges are detailed when you Checkout with your order, most products are sent via tracked delivery though this may only require a signature and not necessarily provide full tracking progress.
If you have purchased more than one item in your order and that order includes non-bespoke items, your entire order will be combined and held back until your bespoke products arrive from the manufacturer, therefore the shipping price you will see will be for the combined order.
Should you require order items to be shipped sooner, you can contact us and ask us for a quote for split shipping, which will be fulfilled upon payment of any additional shipping costs.
Failed Deliveries where the customer is at fault incur additional shipping charges. Where shipping has failed and items have been returned to us, we will re-ship via the cheapest mail (untracked only) on one occasion. You will be given the option to upgrade the shipment to fully tracked. Should the delivery fail again and the shipment is returned for a second time, the buyer will be responsible for the entire amount of re-shipment costs.
Tax Charges
Pink Equine VAT Number is GB 456 7668 40. For International Customers the VAT element of your order will be removed from the price.
Import Duties
For all international orders outside the United Kingdom, the sales price automatically excludes UK VAT.
United States Customers – Prices shown at checkout include all import duties and taxes. Your order will ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning there are no additional fees to pay before delivery.
All Other International Customers – Your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These remain your responsibility for payment to the relevant customs authority.
Credit Card Security
When orders are placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption and processed via WooCommerce Payments. They are never decrypted and we do not have any access to the details. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Warranty/Faults
All Pink Equine branded horse tack come with a two-year guarantee (including a lifetime stitch guarantee) and all other brands a one-year guarantee. In the case of a faulty item, we will repair the item free of charge, or if this is not possible we will replace the item.
Please note: Damage caused by incorrect use of the product – for example – tying a horse to a fixed point by clipping a leadrope to a bit ring on a bridle – should the bridle break, it would not be covered as this is something that should never be done. In the case of Mattes saddle pads and girths not caring for or washing the items as per the manufacturers instructions. If in doubt please contact us and we will be pleased to provide clarification.
All Warranty Claims are subject to sending clear images of the fault, should we require the item returned postage to send the item back would be your responsibility, however we will cover the return cost of the item and any repairs/replacements during the guarantee period would be at the cost of Pink Equine.
Pink Equine may elect to send a replacement without requiring the return of the original item, this is entirely at our discretion.
Returns Policy
Custom items are non-cancellable once ordered, after the initial 48 hours have passed as after this time it will have been passed to the manufacturer for production.
For this reason, it is vital that you ensure that you have chosen the correct size – for this, we have developed a comprehensive list of Measurements that are listed on the product page and additionally detailed on a separate Measurements page.
Exchanges
We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously, so if you are not happy, you may request the exchange of an item, subject to the following conditions:-
We will not exchange your item:
Girths1 – Just to change the colour you have chosen.
Saddle Pads1 – Just to change the colour or design you have chosen.
Any Pink Equine Product1 – Just to change the colour you have chosen.
2 – Any Design Change, other than Stone Changes.
We will always exchange an item where we (Pink Equine) have provided advice and that advice has not solved your issue, for example girths, or if an item is of unsatisfactory quality, or if we make any mistake in regards the ordering of your item.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged for cash. They are valid for a period of 12 months from issue and may be used in full or part to purchase products on the website, remaining balance will show in your account if you do not spend it all at once.

Lost Items
If you are expecting a delivery and the courier does not deliver within the stated time, you are required to inform us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date in order that we can take steps to trace your item. N.B If you are unable to take delivery of an item in person and have left delivery instructions for the courier to leave an item in an unsecured location, you may do so at your own risk, but you are wholly liable for safe delivery of the item. In the event that an item goes missing under these circumstances, you would not be able to make a claim.
Remittance Terms
All goods are to be paid for upfront at the time of purchase. If you are ordering a number of items together, you may elect to pay for shipping at the time the items are actually dispatched, to enable us to provide you with the best and most economic options available at the time.
Colour Variations
Whilst we do make every attempt to ensure accurate representations of colour, some variation is inevitable due to differences in your own PC Screen/tablet/mobile settings. Pink Equine cannot be held responsible for this and ask that you either contact us prior to ordering if you are concerned on 01386 833050 and we will do everything possible to assist.
Intellectual Property
All Pink Equine product names, logos and associated branding are trademarks or registered trademarks of Pink Equine. All images on this site remain the property of Pink Equine and may only be used for the purposes of press/blog/social media where no financial gain is sought by the user, or where express permission has been provided by Pink Equine .
No images may be used for ecommerce sites unless they are being used on a site by a registered Pink Equine affiliate. In all other cases permission is expressly sought and given only by Pink Equine. if you are unsure, please contact us for clarification.
3rd Party Content
Whilst Pink Equine may allow 3rd party comments and images on the site, any opinions expressed in that content is not the opinion of Pink Equine and Pink Equine take no responsibility for this.
Pink Equine Prize Draws – Terms & Conditions
By entering any Pink Equine prize draw (“Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Standard Terms
- Entry requires submission of your own name, a valid email address and mobile number required for email and or sms winner notifications.
- No payment or purchase is necessary to enter.
- By entering, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or over.
- One entry per person per draw period unless stated otherwise in the “Current Competitions” section.
- Entrants do not need to re-enter each month. Entry remains active for future draws, provided the entrant remains subscribed to Pink Equine email and/or SMS communications. If an entrant unsubscribes from all communication channels, they will no longer be eligible for subsequent draws.
- Employees/agents of Pink Equine and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
- Enter via the relevant online form or pop-up for the Promotion.
- Entries must be received during the entry period shown in “Current Competitions”. Entries received outside that period will not be included.
- Automated/bulk entries or entries via third parties are not permitted.
4. Prizes
- Each Promotion has one (1) prize and one (1) winner unless otherwise stated.
- Specific prize details, approximate retail value, and draw frequency are listed in “Current Competitions”.
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
- If an advertised item is unavailable, Pink Equine may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Standard shipping costs are covered by Pink Equine; any duties/taxes are handled as per our shipping policy.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners are selected at random from eligible entries after the entry period ends.
- Winners will be notified by email and SMS within five (5) days of the draw.
- The winner must confirm acceptance within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If no response is received in time, Pink Equine may re-draw.
- Pink Equine may announce the winner’s first name and region on our website or social channels.
6. Right of Refusal
- Pink Equine may disqualify entries and/or refuse participation where it believes these Terms have been breached or an attempt has been made to manipulate the outcome.
7. Data Protection & Marketing (Email & SMS)
- Personal data is used to administer the Promotion and to communicate with entrants in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Email: By entering, you consent to receive essential administrative emails about the Promotion. You also opt-in to marketing emails and texts; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- SMS: If you provide your mobile number and explicitly consent, you may receive SMS messages related to the Promotion (e.g., confirmation/winner notices) and occasional marketing texts. Message & data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of entry or purchase.
8. General
- Pink Equine may amend or cancel a Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
