      Size Guide

      Mattes Half Pads

      • Measurement A-B (Back Length) - Measure along the spine of the pad, from front to back.
      • Measurement A-X (Depth) - Measure from the top to the bottom of the pad.
      • Measurement E-F (Sheepskin Area) - This measurement will show you where the sheepskin underside will come to, if you choose any option with sheepskin that sits underneath the pad.
      • If you require sheepskin on the top, please allow 3cm overlap for each section when measuring for the correct length A-B (e.g. if you want front and back top sheepskin and your pad is 58cm long, deduct 6cm so 52cm is the space you can fit your saddle into.)

      Returns & exchanges

      Crafted with precision, the Mattes Custom Jumping Half Pad is made to order using only the finest fabrics. You have the flexibility to choose colors that complement your team, club, or even your riding outfit. Plus, the customisable velcro straps add an extra layer of personalisation.

      MATTES Equestrian uses quilted fabric of the highest quality, choose from cotton, cotton sheen/polyester blend, or velvet. The special glossy fibers incorporated in the thicker layer of cotton give the quilting pattern a sublime appearance. The extensive color range for both cotton fabric and velvet allows for a design that suits your style.

      Experience the innovative Mattes SPINEFREE® design, ensuring no pressure on the withers and spine. The secure SADDLE-FIX® fastening system keeps the center strip in place within the saddle compartment. The core of the saddle blanket features POLY-FLEX® for shape retention and pressure equalization, with polyester wadding for padding. The absence of foam, neoprene, and gel makes the entire structure fully air permeable.
