    Returns & exchanges

    Every order is checked by our team before it goes into production. If anything isn’t right when it arrives (faulty or incorrect), we’ll work with you to put it right.

    In-stock items: may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in original condition.

    Custom / made-to-order items: once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled. Where appropriate, these items are handled on an exchange basis. If you’re unsure about sizing or options, we strongly recommend using our consultation service before ordering.

    Pink Equine Diamond Dog collars are sized to the middle hole, there are 2 holes either side of the middle hole, as a guide these are the neck sizes that will fit.

    35cm – Fits neck (31cm – 39cm)
    40cm – Fits neck (37cm – 45cm)
    45cm – Fits neck (41cm – 50cm)
    50cm – Fits neck (47cm – 55cm)

    We use the finest Italian leather and 8 rows of genuine Swarovski Crystal Stones. If you don’t like the clear crystal, don’t worry there are 11 additional colours to choose from.
